8’x10′ Dawson Area Rug

This wool rug is crafted by handtufting a bottom layer of pile, and then overtufting that layer in a loop with felted (thicker) yarn. The ground layer of pile is black, with a grey looped yarn overtop to create texture. The layers of yarn create a rug with a modern look and a sturdy hand.
